Shipping
- Orders ship from our warehouse in China.
- We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.
- Shipping cost: flat rate of $38.00 USD per order.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
- Delivery time: 7–15 business days in total from order to delivery.
- Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns are free — we cover the cost of return shipping.
- Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Returns are accepted by mail. To start a return, email us at sale@theproauto.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you return instructions.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
